Şişecam’s functional-based organizational structure is almost complete. Our more agile and lean organizational structure provides us with the necessary platform to quickly adapt to the changing conditions of the new world. We continue to operate at almost full capacity in our production facilities in 14 countries on 4 continents. We aim to grow twice in the next 5 years with investments that contribute to sustainable growth.” said.
